Primary & preventive care (illness, injury, lab tests, nutrition, vaccinations), dental care, behavioral health, substance use, & social work services, pregnancy, midwifery,  newborn, child, & family care, family planning, care for people experiencing homelessness, & HIV & gender-affirming care.  Insurance enrollment assistance, language interpretation, & sliding fee discount. Accept Medicaid & most private plans, no insurance required, no one denied services due to inability to pay. Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm (1st and 3rd Wednesday 9:30am-5pm)

Accepting new patients. Children 1-18, youth 13+ & adults experiencing homelessness, low-income adults, parents, & pregnant women 19+ who are Medicaid-eligible. Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.

Seattle Indian Health Board Lake City Clinic | 12736 33rd Ave NE| (206) 324-9360 | https://www.sihb.org/patient-and-visitor-information/hours-and-locations/ In-person & virtual/tele-health medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy,  traditional health, substance use, nutrition, diabetes, family & WIC, & HIV care. Accept Medicaid, most Medicare, many private insurance plans, have enrollment specialists. Offer discounts to American Indian/Alaska Native patients with qualifying documentation & income-based sliding fee scale discounts for those without insurance. onday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 8am-5pm, Tuesday 9am-5pm

Free in-person programs: K-12 Homework Help Tuesday & Wednesday 4:30-7:30pm, & Play & Learn. Free virtual programs: citizenship, English Circle, computer certification, assistance with job search or small business, book suggestions, learning a skill, & author events. 

Coyote North | 12325 Lake City Way NE | (206) 886-2601 | Pay-what-you-can creative courses for 10-15 year olds, online and in person. Work with a professional teaching artist to learn cooking, painting, fashion design, robotics, drawing, dance, jewelry design, coding, music production, photography, comedy magic, and so much more! TAKING A HIBERNATION UNTIL FALL 2024.
